PAPER PLAYTIME CH #2

So I was out making the usual stops at some of my favorite blogs and a couple of them combined to inspire me.

On My Creative Time they have “Scrapping the Little Things Mondays”. Now, I am not part of Project Life and had no idea what it even was until yesterday. I decided it would be a good idea to take a couple pictures and scrap one page a week. My son is going to be 17 soon and I have NO baby pictures scrapped. I have a lot of pictures and a lot of supplies, we need to get them working together 🙂

The other blog I was looking at was the Cardz TV blog and there was a challenge listed from Paper Playtime. I’ve never done one of their challenges so I thought I would give it a try.

I really love how this page came out. I’m sorry the top picture is covered, but it is to protect the GUILTY!!! My son was caught, as a willing participant, in a very hilarious pose with a very bizarre look on his face. It is absolutely hilarious, I can’t help but laugh every time I see it. Although, I find it hilarious, not sure he wants it posted on my blog.

So, although I did not set any specific (numerical) scrapbooking goals, i.e. how many pages I would do or how many posts I would have per week, I do want to craft more. The organizational part of my resolution is in full swing. I purchased an Origami shelf to get things put away. I am finding things I did not know I had and some duplicates of things. Now, I am just having to rely on my son to move everything to where it needs to go.
