Challenge #12 Just A Scrappin’ — Vacation Time

Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a great week.

We have a super fun challenge going on over at Just A Scrappin’ this week and we hope you will join us!

The challenge is to make a card, layout or project with the theme of “Vacation Time”. Make something that has to do with your vacation. Ok. Sounds simple right?!? This week we are giving you an extra challenge of only working with these four colors: Blue, White, Green and Brown!!!

Here is my take on the challenge:

Stampin’ Up Cardstock: Whisper White, Bermuda Bay (retired)
Stampin’ Up: Basic Black Stampin’ Write Journaler
Stampin’ Up Ribbon: Chocolate Chip 1/4″ Grosgrain
Brads: American Crafts – Chestnut Brown
Other: Tim Holtz Mini Stapler
Adhesive: Tombow Mono Adhesive – Permanent; Scotch ATG

Car: 5.15w X 2.76h (Summer Vacation)
“Are we there yet?”: 4.32w X 4.0 (Going Places)
“Are we there yet?” (Shadow) 4.49w X 4.0h (Going Places)

On the car cut, I did delete the tires, copy the image and delete the car from that image on the Gypsy to be able to conserve paper where I wanted each image in a different color.
